I would either get her a gift card, diapers, or a special stroller for triplets! =)

Diapers, diapers, and more diapers! You can never have enough of them and with three on the way, they're going to go through them like water. Also, the suggestion of offering to babysit or help out is a great idea too. Maybe you could run to the store for her or make dinner for them since their time is going to be tied up in taking care of all of those precious babies.

A giftcard would be a nice idea or you can offer to babysit so she can get some sleep. Having one baby is hard enough I can't imagine having three babies at one time.

Well it all depend on how much u trying to spend on her but the best thing to buy i would say is diapers and a nice outfit.

Get her a massage gift certificate, she'll be needing some time for herself and probably would like a nice relaxing break.
