The business charges $33 dollars for a vehicle to park,50 yards from a loud interstate highway. What a waste of money.Might as well park and buy a motel, virtually the same fee.

people who have a wonderful motorhome and enjoy the outdoors. Maybe you should check out other KOAs other than the one you saw. Most of them are pretty nice, for the outdoorsy type.

If you have a huge RV and you are trying to experience camping type stuff, KOA's are great. You have RV hook-ups, usually some sort of lodge and facilities. Totally not the same thing as staying in a cheap piece of junk motel.

Do not knock something unless you have experienced it first hand. I went RVing up towards Eureka and was at river side KOA campground and had a total blast as a kid.

Maybe people who are driving across the country, and want to make good time so they don't want to spend a half hour on side roads to get to a semi decent campsite. And they won't get a motel room because of the "principle of the thing" of RVing.

Yeah, I don't get it either, but i have never RVed.
