you can become just a manicurist..deals with the natural nail shaping them up,doing the cuticles and making them look presentable or you can do gel,acrylic,fibreglass or silk nails..these are all different forms of extensions..gels are the most common!!you can also do nail art and airbrushing!!
great if you can do it all..you will never be out of work!!

I would imagine that there are 3 types of job in nails. Trimming, sculpting, and painting.
