Can't think of any today, but in the 80s the Lakers had a player named Mark Mcnamarra (a center) who I remember one time went up for a 2 handed dunk and not only missed the dunk, the ball actually never hit the rim!

There's probably several: Dan DIckau of Portland probably can't. Earl Boykins from Denver may be able to but I'm not sure. Iverson can dunk, just doesn't do it often. MAybe Sebastian Telfair can't either? TJ Ford of the Raptors might be another one.
