I figured you meant that. It's still because you're 12. The reason I say that is because at that age, you and he are still not mature and this is just what kids do when they like each other. They're not old or mature enough to handle the emotions very well and they do things that might be taken the wrong way. It's like when I was young, if a guy liked you, he punched you on the arm. That's equivalent to today's bullying. I hope this helps and that my previous answer did not offend you.
