Hd DVD or Blu Ray. The movies arent shot in HD so is it Fake HD or something that has been morphed to look like its HD?

They use HD cameras to transfer from film to digital.

It all a marketing Gimmick. In 5 years from now there won't even be any Blu Rays or HD-DVDs you'll download everything. It's the market's last despirate attempt to grab your money. So you can go out and buy Star Wars for the 100th time In "Ultra High Def"

I think that all HD has to do with is the disc and the DVD player. I dont really think that it has anything to do with the camera. I think that when the DVDs are burnt, they are converted to HD.

Actually, many movies are being made in 1080p. So it is not fake HD.

They are digitally enhanced in a similar way that the original starwars trilogy were when they were updated. Similar technology.
