I won a trip down the "Bournville Boulevard" with my girlfriend over a game of dominoes last night.

Not sure you wanted to know that, but I'm pleased about it and am looking forward to tonights action.

So, to answer the question, its about 6 hours to Uranus (not yours, not mine, but hers of course)

Merry xmas to you all

About 20 AU (astronomical Units) from the sun. Since between earth and the sun is the where the classification came from, the Earth is one AU from the sun by definition. This means if you're going from the Earth to Uranus, and Uranus is on the same side of the sun as Earth, then it is about 19 AU to Uranus. if Uranus is on the other side of the sun as the earth... well then it would be, 21 AU or so. Also. The 20 AU is an average distance from the sun, so Uranus can be closer or further away depending on it's place. I'm not sure on the exact numbers. Something to do with Aphelion (furthest distance from the sun) and Perihelion (closest distance to the sun) and obviously Earth is the same way, so depending on where the two planets are then the distance between the two would change. But for simplicity's sake, lets just say its about 19 AU.

Hee hee. You said Uranus, and that sounds like Your Anus. Hee hee.

You were probably asking a serious question, but I doubt you'll get many serious answers.

I see none is willing to cooperate and give you a satisfactory answer!

It is 20.6 AU. 1 AU is 93 million miles or 150 million kilometers.

Have a nice trip!

Close enough to touch it... but far enough away not to smell it.

Amazing isn't it.
