If the players do not like it, I do not see why it is being used. It is not like there is a shortage of cattle in this country.

Haven't felt it either, and wouldn't have an opinion if I did (sorry, I was a wrestler!), but the highest scoring game in NBA history was played last night with the new ball (go SUNS!), so I'd think that supports your theory about the friendly bounces.

David Stern admitted the other day he screwed up by not getting more of the players involved in the decision making process when switching to the new synthetic ball. Looks like a change could be in order.

why change something when there are only a few good outside shooters in the league. I have only heard of a few players comment that its o.k and look there refs are against it
