There's a band called 'My Latest Novel' who are described as a cross between Belle & Sebastian and the Arcade Fire - Their album Wolves is quite good.
Camera Obscura are also in a similar vein to B&S
If you like Interpol, chances are you'll like Joy Division and maybe the Editors as Interpol were inspired by Joy Division and the Editors were inspired by Interpol
