You need these: Trendmicro Housecall, Spybot Search and Destroy and AVG Free Antivirus.
Get updates first, THEN disconnect from the Web when you run these programs, then restart, do NOT CONNECT to the Web yet, and run them again. Don't turn off SpyBot when you turn off the system. When at trendmicro, select "Scan Now It's Free"
You MUST BE OFFLINE when you run the programs you install below. AND you need to restart the computer WHILE the programs are running. OTHERWISE, they sometimes can not be removed. Disable all other virus ans spyware software except these and remove them permamnently.

You can find free spyware just about anywhere, in fact, it usually finds you whether you are looking or not.
If you want an anti-spyware program, go to http://download.com and get both Spybot Seek&Destroy and Ad-aware. Each is free. Run them both once to clean the PC, then take turns running them at least once a week after that to keep the PC clean. Because the use slightly different list of what is considered spyware, one may get something the other one misses.

You realize that spyware is a bad thing, right?
If you REALLY want other people being nozy about your web surfing and what's on your computer, install all of the Internet Explorer Toolbars you can find (Google, Alexa, iWon) and look for Gator, Zango, Internet Optimizer, DyFuCa, CoolWebSearch, HuntBar, WinTools.
If you mean you want to get RID of those things... You want Spybot - Search & Destroy or AdAware.

You mean anti-spyware, not spyware. Since you want an easy-to-understand interface, I will recommend Spyware Terminator:

A good solution is to use both Microsoft Defender and Lavasoft
Ad-Aware SE Personal.
Microsoft Defender provides a real time shield, even if it's
not perfect yet.
The free version of Ad-Aware doesn't offer real time protection
but it's quite effective.
Both are free and easy to use !

Check out Spybot Search and Destroy, Ewido, or bazooka. These are the three I use and they all work really well. Tho Bazooka takes time to understand to use. It is one of the best imo.. Also check out MajorGeeks.com for more stuff and good support.
