First you need to understand this is not an equation because there is no "=" sign. It is an expression or number phrase. OK, now that I have that off my chest -- the common denominator is
( x - 2 ) * ( x + 2 )

6 / ( x - 2) + (-5) / ( x + 2) I made the subtraction problem into addition of the opposite.

6 (x + 2) / ( x - 2 ) ( x + 2 ) + (-5) ( x - 2 ) / ( x - 2 ) ( x + 2 ) (change to like fractions)

6x + 12 + (-5x ) + 10 / ( x - 2 ) ( x + 2 ) (multiplied in numerators)

x + 22 / ( x - 2 ) ( x + 2 ) (added like terms in numerator)

What you have given ius an algebraic expression If it has an equation it should have an = sign . Hope you get it.
The expression can be simplified to (x+22)/ (x^2-4)

6/(x-2) - 5/(x+2) =
[6(x+2) - 5(x-2)] / [(x-2)*(x+2)] =

(6x+12-5x+10) / (x²-2²) = (x+22) / (x²- 4)

No

6/(x-2) - 5/(x+2)
[6(x+2)]/[(x-2)(x+2)] - [5[(x-2)]/[(x+2)(x-2)]
(6x+12)/(x^2 + 2x - 2x - 4) - (5x-10)/(x^2 + 2x - 2x - 4)
(6x+12)/(x^2 - 4) + (-5x+10)/(x^2 - 4)
(6x+12-5x+10)/(x^2 - 4)
(x+22)/(x^2 - 4)

I think it should be
x+22 / (x-2)(x+2)
