Mine leak and cause the Halogen bulb to burn out. All, I know is on a clear day, loosen the bulb from the back and pull it out a little. Drive around until it dry out. Some people try a Hairdryer when it not very bad. I going to remove mine and dry well then put some silicon rubber everywhere I see a seam/crack. It be cheaper than a new one if it will work. I figure, just drying it out, next time it rain, it be back like it was.

If you can get enough access to it you could remove the bulb assembly then use a small hand operated suction pump and a small tube to remove the water. You can sometimes find pumps like this at auto parts stores.

Drill a small hole in the bottom of the casing.
Did that to mine and never had a problem since.
