no if you put it in slowly. make sure ur knife is sharp. it will scare u the first time but it won't explode. cut the valve stem off, or wrap wire aroun d it and the undercarriage and when they drive off it will pull it out same effect not as costly

no it wont blow up it will just let air leak out until there is none left depending on the size of the puncture wound depends on how much air leaks out at once and how fast the tire will go down but it wobt blow up it will blow put if u keep driving on it though and it is low.
