To get Suicune in FireRed, you can do one of two things:
1. Choose Charmander as your starter Pokemon. When you beat the Elite Four, Suicune will appear in the wild in Kanto, but not anywhere in the Sevii Islands. When you fight it, it will be a wild battle and may flee--you should save your Masterball for it so you don't have to chase it all over Kanto.
2. You can trade Suicune from Pokemon Colosseum on the Gamecube. It is one of the Pokemon you catch in that game and once it is purified, you can trade it over.

It depends. Your stating creature affects the whole prosess. Match up the types of each. I think that's how. Also, trade from a Colossum or Sapphire/Ruby/Emerald.

ok here's which legendary u get when u choose your starter
1-bulbasaur=entei
2-squirtle=raikou
3-charmander=suicune

it depeneds what your starter pokemon is. I think whith balbusar u can get enti and raiku wiht i think squrtile so suicune i geuss you would need a starter pokemon of charmander if i'm right.

You can trade with Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, right? If so, that's how. If not, either use a cheat device, or you can't.
