6 months later he is paroled for good behaviour. Shortly thereafter he hits and kills another person while DUI.... Who is a fault for the second death?

If this truly happened, that is pathetic. They lock up non violent offenders much longer for doing no harm to society.

I can not place the blame fully as I dont know all of the details. Blame can go many ways. The person who let him use the car, or gave him the car. The court system. Most of the blame would go to the bastard that killed two people because he had to drive under the influence.

He is at fault period. the first time around he got the light sentence because the death was unintentional. I have a certain amount of understanding on that punishment. In my opinion he should be on Death Row for the second one.
