TSB's can usually be googled. If you know the TSB #, that is of great help. Some information can be found at the following link. TSB's are not "top secret", and information regarding them usually has to be released upon request as TSB's are released because of a significant issue/change or dealer replacement parts don't fit properly and can cause a significant issue.

Please be advised there was a recall on that year and model.

Defect Summary: Vehicle description: passenger vans equipped with a brake warning indicator. some of these vehicles have a power steering cooler hose that can separate from the power brake booster fluid flow switch assembly.
Consequence Summary: If this occurs, power steering fluid could flow onto hot engine parts and an engine compartment fire could occur.
Corrective Action: Dealers will inspect for three screw clamps to the power steering hose joints. if the clamps are not the screw type, dealers will replace the clamps.

Just type in tsb on the search engine on google. It will bring up the site. from there you can find your tsb. I have a 2002 Trailblazer and the transmission lines from the radiator to the tranny rusted and had to be replaced. there were no tsb's on it but i did call Gm and get some compensation for the repair.
