Hello, you most likely have some background of knee illnesses in the family (ask about it), so you are choosing a "high impact" exercise, which has its own applications, but is not the best for you, you are damaging your knees, and if you are young now, maybe in the future you could be suffering of it frequently, so my recommendation is, to take some medication (but you need to go to your physician to get the best prescription for you and to get the diagnosis and the best treatmeant for you), the acetaminophen is the best analgesic versus the knee pain, but maybe you will need an anti inflammatory, and the capsaicine (in creme) could help about it... eat not so much red meat, alcohol neither, take a lot of water and fruits. Just walking 20-30 mins everyday , I mean a "fast pace" in the walk is enough to give you the best of exercise in heart, lungs, etc. swim is another good one... Be fine.

I'm going to provide McGraw Hill the improvement of the doubt, that her thought of four x 200mg of Motrin was once a typo. Prescription ibuprofen is six hundred mg consistent with dose, no longer 800. Yes, see a health care professional! That variety of anguish isn't a factor to disregard! Do your knees harm with each sorts of saddle? My knees traditionally undergo while using a western saddle if the stirrups don't seem to be grew to become competently, and an English saddle if the stirrups are too brief *for my option*. Yes, I opt for an extended stirrup than is *right*, in particular in comparison to a leaping stirrup duration. For the western, soak the stirrup leathers and hose down the bottom of the fenders (do not soak them when you consider that the rainy location will go away a mark at the entrance aspect), then flip the stirrups and keep them in location till they dry. It's high-quality to try this round a barrel or anything if you want to push towards the stirrup to drive the leathers to bend sharply. Just placing on a sawhorse would possibly not be as robust, however it is going to aid a few. If the saddle has customers with exclusive leg lengths, it is high-quality to grease and melt the leathers in which they move over the tree, then you'll be able to transfer that finish as a substitute of relocating the cautiously formed stirrup finish and wasting that shaping. I've observed that the pony liniment known as Thermoflex Gel is exceptional for painful joints and stiff muscle tissue - however I'm greater than three occasions your age! You will have to no longer be discomfort this manner at age 14, and it probably doing harm if you want to rationale you even worse anguish as you age. Please see a health care professional or physical activities therapist approximately this! You too can paintings to your horse's "want" for "tons of leg". A good-expert horse will have to reply to gentle cues from legs and reins. If you can not get the aid of a teacher to lighten your horse's responses, get a few moderate spurs to decrease the volume of strain you must follow. Your mother will have to no longer be letting you refuse clinical awareness. It's the activity of mum and dad to be certain children are dependable and healthful and no longer injuring themselves.

you really should go and see an orthopeadic doctor to make sure there is nothing serious going on, plus they can have a good brace made for you. The braces sold over the counter at stores really don't help.

Please go to your GP and get a referral to an orthopedic surgeon (preferably a sports specialist), so you can be properly evaluated. Knee injuries can be tricky and you don't want to do something to it now that will require extensive surgery later.

It is probably patellar tendinitis. You need to rest it for a while. There is a band put below the kneecap which may help.
