No. I think most people misunderstand evolution. Organisms don't just change their DNA in the middle of their lifespan in response to the environment. Rather, the environment selects the individuals within a species that already happen to be the best adapted to the environment. Also, small variances in color and shape or other inconsequential traits are simply a product of the randomness of gene mutation. Some mutations turn out to be useful, other mutations simply exist because they are or because the opposite gender happened to find them more attractive, increasing the chances that the trait would be passed on to more offspring.
To account for the slight variances in the way same races look who originate in different parts of the world, the explanation is simply geography. When members of the same species are geographically separated, they not only have their own random mutations, but the inevitable intertwining of their genes with other races adds a whole new gene mix to the equation.

I'm surprised you consider "it tastes good" to be false and debunkable. I find it does taste good. Silly me. Also it is nutritious and I was taught to eat it. That's why I do. Also, it is natural. How can you say it's not? Look around you - all kinds of creatures, most, I'd venture, eat meat - or other bugs or other whatevers, algae, but someone dies to make someone else's meal. That is natural, if you define natural as meaning it occurs in nature. In fact right behind sex, it is the poster child for natural, I'd say. Wouldn't you, really? Of course so is fighting and urinating - neither of which is a preferred behavior - so natural doesn't necessarily mean something we like - tornados are natural too -

Answer to your question is in yes.
For example If an American started living in India for long time not only his habbits his body will also started changing. Because of food what we eat and the environment in which we live.
In this entire universe it is the quality of a human that human can adjust in any environment.
Haven't you seen decedents of different races. You have already answered your question.
