He likes the comic strips "Tintin", "Batman", "Spiderman", and "Bone", but hardly ever reads "real books". Also it can't have a ton of violence in, mom has vetoed that. Thanks!

Any of the "Fudge" books by Judy Blume. There are several of them and they are very entertaining and fun to read. I read them as a child and have re-read them as an adult.

Don't know if these are too "young" for him but the "Cat in the Hat" books are awesome and timeless. Even us big "kids" still like them. Happy Holidays!
