Nope...its a shame they arent all terrorist combatants though. Our own military estimates that as many as 30% of them were picked up on incorrect or false information.
Sort them out, let the innocent ones go and put the rest on trial. If you WANT to have detention without trial then move to China, Americans USED to be better than that.
