It changes everyone's lives. People may think that they will be the exception to this, but it never seems to work out that way. When you marry, you must then take another person's needs and desires into account when making any decision, especially a life altering decision such as a job change. Unfortunately, this often means that the individuals can no longer take risks by changing jobs and/or careers or getting further education. The end result in many if not most cases is stagnation both in career and in other areas of personal development.
Everyone thinks they will stay the same. It would be funny if it were not so sad.

Getting married definately makes one more reasonable. Anything a married person wants to do, he/she will consider the spouse. Is it his spending style, time or even the way he eats and drinks changes because of marriage. Your life is realy changed!

You are now someone else...you have a new name and you are a wife. This is an honorable thing and a spiritual thing. It should be. Marriage is a very serious matter. Be sure that this is what you really want.

Marriage..I just want to get a date while I am still young enough to remember what I am supposed to do on a date. However, I would prefer that my grandchild not have to "give me away".(a little afternoon humor)

It will change mine in that I will have someone else to share the things i like, my hopes and dreams and he will be a part of it all. I will have more responsibility but I will also have more love to give and to receive.

Well for starters...I wont have to be afraid of the dark anymore, because I have company in my bed.
But then I'll also have to wait to use the toilet...
