Getting on a stricly card diet, almost everything you eat should have carbohydrates in it. Also you might wanna eat late and go to sleep that way your body won't burn as many calories because it's at it's resting state everything in your body moves slower

Fast weight gain or weight loss is not good. The best way would be visiting a dietitian or a nutritionist who could advise and guide you to the best way to gain the amount of weight you want to gain.
i would think by increasing your caloric intake by 200 or 300 calories a day would give you the results you would like to see. That might done as simple as adding a bed time snack to your daily diet or using mayo on sandwiches. If you drink milk use 2% instead of skim.
Good Luck

look up a diet program, then do the opposite.
You probably have a high metabolism, so there may not be a whole heck of a lot you can do. Try eating fatty foods, pasta, or just eat more overall calories a day.
Just be careful, because if that metabolism slows down, you'll balloon!! Do everything in moderation.

Are you joking? Why do you want to gain weight so bad? As long as you are not skinny because you have an eating disorder then you should be fine. If you still want to gain weight then I suggest seeing a dietician because you need to make sure you do it safe way. If you just binge eat to gain weight then you might find yourself gaining more weight than you wanted and have a hard tome loosing the extra weight.

Try the cheeseburger diet. Seriously, you need to eat starches and carbs. Don't put it on too fast, that is not healthy. If you're still not able to gain, you should see a doctor.

Have your thyroid checked, to see if it isn't running to fast first...then if it is, have your doctor give you some pills to regulate it...then eat away..and don't worry, you'll gain weight! Have a happy Holiday, and eat plenty of starches and carbs..
