I know that for fact in most states if your try and kill yourself they have the right to and will either place you under a 302 (which is a Involuntary admission to a mental health hospital.) Also, I have heard that in some states they will actually fine you for it. It’s against the law in a lot of places you can actually look it up in law books for some states.
As far as I can tell there is nothing in this world worth ending my own life because when you do so you don’t hurt yourself you hurt those around you. Remember for as many people a there are out there that don’t like you or treat you badly there is one person that loves you with everything they are.

In today's world yes the law has the right to interfere if anyone has chosen to end their own life then their minds are not on the right thinking level and may need assistance to get through whatever is ailing them and if you believe in god than you should know the gift of life is not to be taken away by anyone except god.

~The law is so that they do have a right, and God says to obey the law & Thou shall not kill.
I don't believe my life was a gift, at least not to me. I could very well be here for others.
Anyhow, they will interfere if they can.~

Yes they do, they have to clean up the mess, so if you are going to exercise your rights, then do so in an environtmentally6 clean way, and not leave some smelly mess for somebody else to put away. They also like to stop you, because when you die, you stop paying tax's...

the authorities have the right because killing oneself is still a criminal offense but this time towards yourself. my law professor once kidded us that we have to make sure we'll be dead if we wanted to commit suicide or else we'll be sued by the state.

Yes. It is called help.
No one contemplates suicide who does not need help. This is a really bad way to meet one's Maker, as it is the ultimate lack of faith.
