yep, he has SARA tattooed on neck. its the name of his wife, they married on 21st July 2000. he got the tat a week later or so. she also appered on tv for some time in 2001 in a storyline where DDP was stalking her.
he has also the names of his daughters Chasey and Gracie tattooed on each side of his neck. he has the tats since sometime between armageddon05 and royal rumble 06.

It does say "Sara." It is the name of his wife. I believe she last appearing on WWE television when she was pregnant and Brock Lesnar was bothering her, during his feud with the Undertaker.
