Most of the links everyone is giving you are not sites you can download music from. They are links to Software that is called Peer2Peer Sharing Software. It is software that people use to share their illegally distributed copyrighted materials like music, games and software and more. It is also the #1 way trojans, viruses, spyware and adware is spread.
Bearshare, Limewire, Bittorrents etc. all ILEGAL usage. The software is perfectly legal, but how it is used is ilegal. I'ts like buying a knife and using it to murder someone instead of using it to hunt for food.

If you want to get music off the net LEGALLY, use Itunes or something else LEGAL.

You can download Limewire from CNET.com, its a fairly good program. The only thing you need to watch is that sometimes the information on the song is wrong, so you may have to listen to what you download and then make sure the song is good and the one you wanted. Also, you need a good bandwidth as it uses your computer as a share computer at times (just designate ONE folder to share).

You can download a program called Limewire, it is rather good.

This program lets you download Audio, Video, Programs, Documents etc. BUT some files could be illegal so watch out, you may be breaking the law by downloading files ;)
