i cant answer for all the women out there. but personally, i like the confident and kind type of men.
why confident? well, i think a man who is comfortable with who he is will not put down others for being the way they are and choosing their way of life or thoughts etc, just because they have a different way of seeing things. a confident man will be supportive of his partner, family and friends. a confident man will not feel small or unworthy, just because he doesn't own the most hi-tech of gadgets, or drive the coolest of cars. a confident man will not feel that his masculinity or toughness be undermined just cause he show care and love and consideration to his loved ones.
kind. a kind man is considerate. :) he will not step on others and their happiness on the way towards success.
now, the only thing i need to do is to find him for myself, LOL. ;)

Personally, I like a manly man. A guy that can fix things and does things that a man should do, play sports, work on cars ect.
Other wise I may as well be with a chick.
