I am an alternative medicinal therapist and i do not like the sound of this. It could be a problem with your ovaries or in the uterus itself. It could even be a hernia. Sometimes you can be in terible pain with ovulation. Please go and see a doctor. Pain is the body's way of telling us that something is wrong

A hernia is one possibility, but if you had surgery to remove your appendix there is another possibility; pelvic adhesions.
Pelvic adhesions are bands of fibrous scar tissue that can form in the abdomen and pelvis after surgery. Because adhesions connect organs and tissue that normally are separated, they can lead to a variety of complications including pelvic pain, infertility and bowel obstruction.
As suggested by the other answers you should be checked out by your physician. A complete physical examination and review of your medical history may be indicated to find the cause. Report any and all changes you experience so your health care provider has complete information and can make a correct diagnosis.

Sounds like a small hernia, especially if it gets worse after physical excertion. You should go to your doctor first, and if it is a hernia ask to be referred to a hernia speciallist NOT a general surgeon, a speciallist can do the operation with less scarring, pain and intrusion, and reduce the amount of sick time you have.
Get well soon

I'm no doctor, but until I read further into your post I was going to suggest it was your appendix. I would get checked out if you're in that much pain. It could be something serious, tubal pregnancy, problem with one of your vital organs, etc. Best to be safe, rather than sorry. Sorry I can't help more, but I strongly suggest you go get it checked.

You may have ovarian cysts? Or endometriosis? A bladder or kidney infection? It also may be a post-op infection - depending how long ago you had the op? If you've had the pains for a while don't worry too much - but if it has suddenly got worse you must see a doctor as soon as possible.

See a doctor. If you go to A & E at a hospital you will be seen straight away if you say it's abdominal. Could be scar tissue (lesions), could be a hernia, could be anything. Which is why you need to seek expert advice.
