Are you not paying attention? The war is going badly. The Iraq Study group has said so, Bush said so yesterday, the generals have said so repeatedly, the new secretary of defense is saying so. However some people still like to come to YA and make stupid jokes about the libs position on the war.

Liberals, of course. They want social change forced on society at the cost of liberties and it's all because they think they are smarter than the common Joe. Liberals tend to ignore reality, history, economics, actual facts in the assumption that these just "get in the way" of what really matters to them. Soldiers are naturally patient. Hurry up and wait. I have been there and done that.

The administration putting our troops in the cross hairs in the first place, is the oil worth all the lives it's costing? No matter what conservative republicans believe that is the real reason our troops and thousands of Iraqis are dieing.

I'd have to say AMrican Liberals- I would never characterize 130,000 underpaid, stressed-out, pissed-off (and heavily-armed!) GI's and Marines as "Childishly impatient and irritable."

I think I have only seen LIBERALS throwing tantrums over this war - not our brave soldiers who actually have to FIGHT it!
