He can't act at all, so he is probably blowing it way out of proportion. I've done a frog splash like that, and I never rolled around doubled over in pain from it. He sucks.

He does it to sell the impact of the move. RVD gets really high in the air, so when he when he lands he makes it seem as if it had an affect on both men. Really he knows exactly what he's doing so i'm sure it doesn't hurt him as much as he makes it out to look.

He jumps like ten feet in the air off of the top rope.
Its like doing a belly splash into a pool your gonna feel that.
Plus your crashing down onto a human somethings gonna hurt and the rolling around is from his bounce if you notice that he dose bonuce a little

I doubt he hurts anywhere near that much. If he does then he sucks at it and should find something else to do.
I've actually thought about this before so I would watch as Eddie and Chavo did it and I didn't notice them even flinch.

You must remember that this is "sports entertainment" and he must sell it as if it hurts him as much as it does the opponent.
