My friend showed me how to make a upside down question mark but i forgot how to do it. Does anyone know how to?

Ah, Windows or Mac? I am on a mac, but the easiest way on Windows is to go to start, accessories and then charactermap, you might also be able to go to start->run-> and type in charmap. This will bring up a list of symbols that you can click on, copy and then paste. There are key combos to issue the ascii symbols, but a pain.
