I think you need at least a 3.2 to get into Purdue but I'm not 100% sure. My advice to you would get your grades up as high as possible and write a really stellar submission essay. The fact that you have many extracurriculars and volunteer hours will help a lot.

Probably pretty good. Purdue isn't as strict as some schools.

It is all a popularity contest anyway if they like you, you have a better chance of getting in.
