To an extent, size can matter. This depends on the woman though.
Foreplay is a MUST - regardless of the size of the penis.
Personally, I like a bigger size penis.
You would want to talk it over with whomever you're intimate with. She could tell you the things she likes, and hopefully together you both can work from there.
One thing you may want to consider is - if you have a under-average sized penis, anal sex is great with that.

Foreplay is the base of all the sex activity, so therefore foreplay and enjoy.
Secondly you should allow your partner to enjoy more than what you enjoy, some like slow, some like deep, like quikkies so according to that you should adjust.
Dont rush for sex, just make it come natural away that way you will have best experience.
