Document must deliver personally or sent by certified mail or telegraph, does Fax consider telegraph?

Thank you for your message! I am greatly appreciated! I called the Time Share company that they do allow Fax of cancellation form.

Most document that are designated deliver personally can not be faxed. Fax is a facsimile, not the real thing. usually when asked for personal delivery they want the real thing. but then telegraph will not transmit the real thing.

Call who ever it is you are suppose to get the document to and ask
