The requirements vary from state to state. Choose a state that you are interested in moving to and check with the department of education of that state.
Science is an area of great need. Florida is a state that has a great need for teachers in general. They will often allow you to teach and pay for you to take courses and get your certification.
You could always contact a school and get some information from them, but usually they will tell you to get in touch with the state dept. There are other states besides Florida that have great needs; Georgia is another.
If you do not have luck with the state departments then try contacting a couple schools that you are intersted in. They can let you know if they are able to work with you or at least point you in the right direction.

You should look for alternate licensure requirements in your state. mayeb through the department of education, or even at a local school. Many places with shortages in critical areas (and HS science is usually one) sometimes have programs where you teach while you work on certification. You have the advanced degree in subject matter already. The teaching stuff is easy. Hope this helps.

You might need a visa depending on your country of citizenship. There is a relatively small number of countries for which CN doesn't require a visa - if you visit CN as a tourist for a short period of time. These are mostly EU countries and few others. Green card won't do you any good going to Canada, but off course you want to have it to enter US.
