How about a day of quality time with her? Do something she likes then something you like-get to really know each other and enjoy the day. I have no idea how old you are but if need be get your parents to drive you both on this outing.

if she has an ipod or other mp3 player get her one of those pillowpods or a petpod. you can plug your mp3 into that and it is a speaker. they are only 15 to 20 dollars and the kids love them.
