Nope...John has been dating a girl from back home for a while now. And even if he was Gay, why does it even matter?
Also...John has been in a storyline with a couple of divas...he and Maria had a little thing going on as John saved Maria a couple of times and the two of them were caught kissing; he and Candice Michelle had something going on.
John's Marine Salute came about because of the movie he did "The Marine", he is doing that to pay respect to the Marines! John went through training for the movie with the Marines.
