There are tons of websites that have sample resumes. Find one that is good for your field of interest and use it as a model to write your own.
One thing to be sure of. Absolutely DO NOT spell ANY words incorrectly...not even ONE. It will get your resume tossed in the garbage. Have people proofread it for you.

Finally!! A question with a simple answer. LOL
I am assuming you know the type of job you are (a) gunning for and (b) qualified for. So, just for fun, let's say that it is IT. To get some ideas to create your own resume, you can google IT resume examples. Just replace the word IT with whatever field or job you are going for.
I do resumes from friends from time to time and that's what I do!
Good luck.

First you have to choose between the style of the resume:Chronological, functional or combo
Basicly you have to list the next features to build your own resume:
1.Personal details
2.work experience
3.education
4.references

i could advise while writing a CV you verify your spelling and grammar. If I see errors on any i do no longer difficulty analyzing any further, because it shows to me the guy is lazy.
