My choice is Madonna. I believe she's overrated because she's hailed in the music industry as an innovative artist. I don't see why. I feel Madonna made no significant contribution to music history. The style of music Madonna sings & fashions she is so famous for were already on the scene before she got there. I think she is simply a rude, clustered mess of of the true talented individuals she mimicked. She copied Debbie Harry's (Blondie) sex appeal, Cyndi Lauper's (from her "Blue Angel" days) bubbly personality and Wendy O. Williams' (the Plasmatics) bawdy fashions and shocking on-stage performances and claimed them as her own individual style fooling everyone in the process.

I have a huge problem with anyone that attempts rap music, the bass tends to be far to loud, beats not properly mixed, and more often that not you cant understand a word theyre saying....its not like theyre singing in tune or harmonising .....to me thats not music its just making noise.....

Michael Jackson. I've never been a fan of his music... when I was little I thought he was a little girl, and he was already in his 20s. Now, with all of the scandals and accusations... and people still defend him and say he's normal??? No way. Completely overrated.

Madonna!.... because all her music sounds the same to me and she only uses hype to promote them. That might change if she made a song that was worth listening to.
