I bought all the episodes on DVD.........for my son you understand. I used to visit Humpries film laborotories in Manchester. Every so often I would see film cans marked "Chorlton and the wheelies" and knew some new ones were on the way. Before I got the DVD's I tried answering ten question at www.funtrivia.com on the series and I got 10/10. Sad or a genius?

vaguely remember it. Think it was mainly shown in the London region of the ITV schedules. Preferred Jamie and the Magic Torch, with Wordsworth the Old English Sheepdog.

That was my favourite show when i was a kid, but Jamie And The Magic Torch was a close second, looking back, i think there was a definate chemical induced imagination behind some of these program makers.

Yes and I hated it. I was scared of them all - not just the witch. I was also scared of the eagle in the muppets - it was a terrifying childhood.
