i want to chat with someone who"s 'honest to goodness' willing to establish real good friendship, but most of the time,those that i encountered are after foolish sensual talk

Honey, chat rooms are entering at your own risk. People are not who they appear to be when they are just typing and trying to get away from their real life. You'll never know until you talk on the phone or actually meet them.

Ask… This is really the only real way to find a friend who shares the same interests that you may have. The Internet is a wonderful thing, but unfortunately, (like all good things) it has its bad things and annoyances. One of the major ones being that people are sometimes not able to have the same type of interactions you can with a person in real life conversation. In person, when a person is lying, joking, sad, frustrated, or whatever, their physical expressions help us to see and recognize this. However, online, that type of interaction is lost with most conversations – excluding those that do video chatting.
This means that you have to rely on pure honesty of the other person to inform you. Therefore, I would say if this person were as honest as you say, I would tell him/her that I was serious about this question and then ask him/her. If s/he is really a nice and good person they will tell you if they are looking to establish a real friendship like you are too or if they are just fooling around and wasting your time. Let us hope that this will not be the case though.

Join groups with folks who have similar interests, yahoo's full of em.
I've got friendships going back 6 years and could ring about 100 [litterally] fellow fathers rights advocates right now. I've met many of them and protested with them.

well if the first thing that whoever you're talking about says is about sex then you know they are after foolish sensual talk....if they can go on talking about other things then they're good
