No, a man can not be pregnant, but he can have a positive pregnancy test. A pregnancy test measures HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin), which is produced by the placenta of a pregnant woman. It is also produced by certain tumor cells, so women with ovarian cancer may have a positive HCG and not be pregnant, and men with testicular cancer may have a positive pregnancy test due to HCG production from their tumor cells. So to summarize, a man cannot be pregnant, but he can have a positive pregnancy test.

No not at all possible. They simply dont have the vital organs which woman have needed to get pregnant and carry a child. Plus can you honestly imagine all the whinging a man would do if he did get pregnant!?. god help us all!

it cant happen in reality to the best of my knowledge.only in the rare and rarest eventuality where all the womens in the world or relucting to bcome pregnant and stops conceiving.then the other way round has to happen.
