Saddam Hussein put a bounty on George Dubyla's father. This led to George Junior letting terrorists blow up buildings in NY and Washington so that he could justify attacking Iraq. This also had the fringe benefit of huge oil rights for Haliburton (Dick Chenney's old company).
Of course, if they really wanted to stop the terrorists they would have attacked Saudi Arabia and Pakistan since that is where most of them come from. But who am I to tell Bush what to do! After all he is the President.
