Can you guys help me for that book? I am at school and I forget the book at home, and I have a research on it. If you read it or have it can you answer to these questions???
Part 1:
1. Give information from the introduction about the Gawain poet.
2. Describe King Arthur and his court.
3.Describe the Feast
4.Give an example of both alliteration and a smile.
5.Describe the Green Knight.
6. What is the "game" he proposes?

Part 2:
1. Describe Gringolet
2. Describe the Pentangle
3. Describe what Gawain encounters as he travels the forest.
4. Describe the Castle
5. Describe the host he meets there
6. Describe the two women he meets.
7. What is the pact that Gawain makes with his host?


And don't answer me with "go to the library" because I'm there and they don't have the book.

Yes, I know something about the book "Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, I read it back in October. I found it in a used book store, it cost me $5.00 CDN ($4.00 U.S.) The second Penguin Edition I have was first published in 1974, translated by Brian Stone, with an 11-page Introduction, as well as 70 pages after the four Fits which will surely answer all your questions. Sorry, I cannot read the book for you - -but, if it's not at the library, why not go to a used book store?
