I had an affair...the reason..I dont know. At the time, hubby and I had alot of financial problems, that's all we talked about. There was no communication, there was tension there was drama.
The affiar was a way out, a way to escape, The other man, said all the right things I thought I needed to hear, gave all the right compliments I hadnt heard in months etc etc
Was it worth it in the end? Absolutely Not. It was the worst thing I've ever done, I confessed to hubby, it ripped his heart out, the other man continued to pursue me, but I will not ever go down that road again.

An affair is out of wanting some spice in a relationship. When the spouse gets to comfortable and just assumes that their duties of being a couple are pretty much done. The other tends to want something more. Sometimes you regret them, but for the most part they are a wake up call to yourself that your needs are not being met anymore. I don't regret. I think that it was a reminder that my life wasn't done exploring possibilities and what i really want.

Lack of communication. I wouldn't say as though I pursed one though. It just kind of happened. I have come to the conclusion that most of us were not meant to be with just one person our whole lives. If I had to do it all over again, I would wait until I was much older to Marry. I think when we make decisions so young, we are always still growing and changing, and our wants, needs and desires change as we age. Alot of times, they don't change with our partners. Do I regret the affair, of course I do.
To those of you who say "wouldn't cheat" - yeah, right, I said that too. I hope you are stronger than I was. Its not something I am proud of, but I was one of those women who swore I would never do that. Seriously - stay strong- don't make the same mistake I did.

I have never cheated, but I know women who have. I'll start by telling you women don't cheat for the same reasons men do. MOST women cheat because they are lacking a strong emotional relationship with their husbands. If you keep that strong, put her number 1 over everything and last but not least be her best friend you will not have to worry about her cheating...

Well, that questions should have been to unfaithful married ladies, cuz not all of us cheat. But when some one does cheat, it's not about the partner only, it's about the person cheating as well. It's a two way street.
