Most supermarket jobs start at minimum wage. Minimum wage depends on the state in which you live. A few major supermarkets are union, so the starting pay would be a little bit higher than a non union job.

When I was in highschool, I started off at $5.75 as a bagger and ended a little over a year later at $6.68 as a cashier/bagger. So it could be from min. wage to about $7.50 I think.

Depends on the store, manager, location and position.
Store manager around $85k per year plus bonus
Asst. Manager $72 per year plus bonus
Grocery Manager $42k per year
Dairy, Frozen, Deli and Seafood Manager - $10 to $13 per hour
Meat Manager - $10 to $18 per hour
Department Workers - $6.50 to $10 per hour
Cashiers - $6.50 per hour to start
Cash office - $8 - $10 to start
Bagger - $6.50 - $7.50 per hour
Reciever: $10 to $15 per hour.
Janitor: $6.50 to $11 per hour
3rd shift stockers - $6.50 to $15 per hour
Bakery - $6.50 to $10 per hour
Produce $6.50 to $15 per hour
Keep in mind. Every store is different.
Hardest working department. Dairy and 3rd shift stockers.
