1. Of the countries you have listed, the answer is Mexico and Ecuador, the former in terms of numbers, and the latter in terms of percentage. I have found you some webpages with details of the different peoples.

2. MEXICO
(a) Here are two webpages that list the numbers of speakers of indigenous languages in Mexico - please notice that Maya is not the largest group. If you add up the figures, both webpages show 10.5 million.

(b) Wikipedia, on the other hand, claims that officially the Amerindian population of Mexico is 12% or 12 million.

3. ECUADOR
(a) These webpages claim that Ecuador's indigenous population is 25% or 3.3 million.

(b) Wikipedia agrees - hurrah!

3. GREATER ANTILLES
The Amerindians (i.e. Taino in the Greater Antilles) of the Dominican Republic, Cuba and Puerto Rico hardly exist at all, with various causes, including enforced labour, war, disease and assimilation being responsible for their disappearance.

4. SPAIN
Most experts would say that Spain has no indigenous population, since it has been conquered several times, and therefore Spaniards are a mixture of many peoples from the past. The Basques could have some claim to be indigenous since they were never fully subdued by the Romans (or subsequent invaders), unlike the other (Celtic) people of the Iberian Peninsula. There are 2,123,000 Basques in Spain (or 4.8% of the total 44 million population of Spain).
