Does anyone else do this in bed ?

Question

I go to bed with my socks on, and then after about 10 minutes I take them off (with my toes, I am the master) - and good God it feels sooooo good.

I also like to lay on my side and put one leg over the top of the duvet.

I like to turn my pillow over a lot too, but for some reason it's like turn and punch. Turn and punch. Then I can sleep happy again.

Yep, that's me. I do alot of bizarre stuff in bed, it's hard for me to get comfy.
I envy those who climb in, lie back and just zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz............
I have to lie there for hours then bounce around in my sleep. Every morning my bed looks like fourteen people have had an orgy in it.
my frineds on the other hand, do not move all night, except to do very feminine yawns etc, and when they get up, they just have to smooth down the quilt and you would never known they had slept in it at all.
bets thing for me, is rolling my pillow up(it's a feather one so it moulds really well) under the back of my neck so that my head is in the same position as if I am standing, it feels sooooo gooooooood! Neck has cracked a few times too doing it as well. Which also feels great, but probably means my head will fall off soon or something.

OMG - It sounds like we do the exact same things in bed!!! I thought I was the master at taking my socks off with my toes, do you slide your foot off the side of the bed and drop the socks on the floor so they are easy to be found in the morning? lol - I will stop comparing our bed activities with just the socks thing though!!!











P.S. I just went thru and read all the answers - I know that when I get in bed tonight, and go thru this little ritual, I know I will probably be laughing knowing that I am no longer alone. I hope the laughter doesn't wake my husband. Who knew there were so many of us out there!!!

I do all three!

The sock thing is so understandable. You get into bed, the socks warm your feet then your feet feel the coolness of the sheets when you prise them off with your toe.

The leg on the side thing is so true as well, it helps cool you down when you're too hot plus it's comfy.

I turn my pillow as it gets too warm what with my face heating it up.

Yes I know what you mean. I usually take my socks off in the middle of the night and the covers feel delicious against my feet.

Yes. That sounds just like me. Sometimes I even switch directions and put my head where my feet go and my feet where my head goes. Then when I wake up in the middle of the night, it confuses me ... very exciting

I put one of my legs on top of the blanket.. I suppose thats what you mean by duvet.. its normal.. cool spots are the best unless your teeth are chattering.. then it always good to slide over to the wifes side

i don't turn the pillow but the socks and leg thing yes....weird hey.... i always know my feet will get too hot but still do it!

yeah, we all do a lot of weird things before we actually fall asleep!

i do go to sleep sometimes with my socks on, to warm up my feet if its really cold!

wow i cant believe there's so many people out there that dose the same as me hahaha thank god i don't feel alone now to now this it is great to know that I'm not weird hahaha thanks for cheering me up people who are in the clan hahah
