When the Democracy in Iraq is fully established and the Sunni - Shiite conflict stops. And to do that we have to get Iran, Syria and any other Middle Eastern country to stop interfering with the mission to finish rebuilding the Iraqi infrastructure and helping the new government get on it's feet.

This 'war' which should never have started will NEVER end; Georgie bought us a lifetime commitment.

This 'war' is different from any other because it's tied to a generational conflict between Arabs and Jews.

Colin Powell, Clinton and Bush senior and others understood it. OOOOOOOh, but not Bush. He did not (and still does not) understand why he should not have gone in.

Let's define the word war. If you mean our part, when we get the troops out, not before. If you mean the fighting between the Sunni-the others I suspect never. If you mean the terror part again I expect never.
