i need a soft ware where you can make t-shirt designes then send them to a place where they print them for u then send them by mail. or if not a software then a site even anyone no anything?

Most commercial t-shirt printers and high-street printers will print you a t-shirt if you give them a JPEG. You don't need specialist software for this - any decent graphics package should be ample.

p.s. MS Paint is not a "decent" graphics package - it's a terrible one! If you want a free graphics package, I recommend the GIMP http://www.gimp.org/

I believe many websites that print photos also can do T shirts mugs...
snapfish.com is nice clarks.com even cheaper.
however if you want to make your customize T shirt I recommend Using Ms paint if you have no drawing software at all, I use photoshop CS2 but you can purchase photoshop elements for real cheap that will let you edit a lot of stuff too, if you are planning to create the graphics too from scratch you will need to use a more drawing program such is Adobe Illustrator.
However you can also print at home T shirts all you need is regular deskjet printer, then buy the special paper that lets you print on it and then Iron it on any T shirt. its about $15 per pac.
You just need to remember that when you print to print a mirror image of the picture since you would be transferring it like that.

If an adoptive mum made up this T-blouse then she is an fool. I entire-heartedly agree that this T-blouse is offensive to followed human beings and to first households even with the undeniable fact that it truly is likewise offensive to adoptive moms and dads. My daughter isn't a fad or the 'new' some thing she is a man or woman.
