Go to yahoo and go into geocities. There you can build a web site that is totally free and they give you play by play instructions so it is very easy. It is the best way to go....good luck

You can either learn HTML, or use a free web-builder (some are available for download online, plus FrontPage is shipped free with some versions of Windows), then upload the pages you've created to a free webhost such as Geocities, Tripod, Bravenet, etc.
The best way to make a webpage is to actually code it yourself, as it allows you more control of the content. It isn't the easiest way, though.

first go to http://geocities.yahoo.com and there youi can make there your own website by paying for it you can try it for 15 days for free.there are also many sites to make own websites but i prefer this website as best
